Our Story

From the cornfields to your table

Maíz is sacred. We honor it through every recipe we share.

De Maiz began as a single stall at a local mercado. Our grandmother taught us that food is ceremony—the aromas of masa, simmering roja, and grilled jalapeños pulling families together.

Today we scale those traditions with intention. We mill our own corn, fold masa with hands that know the craft, and partner with communities that crave the real flavors of home.
